i am writing this from north carolina! flying into asheville wednesday evening was beautiful. the mountains were breathtaking from the air, and they just always feel like home to me.
it's already been a great trip so far. wednesday evening my parents picked me up from the airport, and we did a little shopping and got some dinner with carrie and vicki. thursday i got to visit some of my best friends. amanda and her husband just had a baby boy, ty, and he is just precious. i had so much fun rocking and feeding him. i got to have coffee with andie and one of the best coffee places ever - panacea. i love it. we ended the day with dinner at home all together; me, mom, dad, andrew, gini, oma and opa. we were just missing brandon :( he comes in tomorrow!
today mom and i met gini (the bride) and some bridesmaids and moms to get manicures and pedicures. wonderful. enough said. then it was lunch at apple crate and now relaxing at home with a good book and the rain. tonight is gini's bachelorette party, and tomorrow will be filled with rehearsal dinner things. it's going to be such a fun weekend! i just can't believe my little brother is getting married. wow. he couldn't have picked a better girl though, we love gini. more updates to come later - and pics!
