a different kind of day

our christmas was a little different this year. for the first time ever i think, we didn't go to anyone's house for a big dinner with lots of people. we stayed home all day, except to go to the movies with jos and ginger to see narnia in the afternoon.
other than that, our day was filled with

sleeping in
gifts
cinnamon rolls
french toast
christmas movies
pajamas
cider and coffee
snow
relaxation

although it was very different this year, it was also very nice. we just relaxed and spent a quiet, snowy day at home together with no agenda remembering the One who came to earth that special night to save us. i woudn't have changed a thing.

except to add more hours to the day :)
